OPG makes announcement about processing error

In the week of 12 November, the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) issued a number of letters to people regarding outstanding monies in connection with applications to register a lasting power of attorney. The OPG issued a statement on 19 November saying that, due to a processing error, it appears that a significant number of these letters have been sent to the wrong address.
