Probate Section renamed Private Client Section

The Probate Section is changing its name to the Private Client Section.

Following a resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting at the Probate Section Annual conference, it was decided that the section would henceforth be known as the Private Client Section. The Section believes the new name better reflects its work and undertakings, and the interests of its members.

We are currently in the process of rebranding the website, e-alert and magazines.
